Is there a way to selectively power-cycle an individual component in a NEO
without having to reboot the whole console?
In our case, every 2-3 weeks the BSMS loses connection to the rest of its
NEO 400 console and to Topspin. The restart buttons on the BSMS service
webpage won’t restart it, and only a spectrometer reboot will get it going
again.
