Dear Jürgen,
The power distribution within the NEO consoles is handled by so-called
"power delivery units" (PDUs). Restarting an individual unit can be done
either physically by re-plugging the respective cord on the back of the
PDU (through the back door of the console cabinet), or electronically.
The PDUs typically are accessible via the spectrometer network under
149.236.99.9:85 and 149.236.99.9:86 (possibly also the subsequent ports
if there are more than two, probably only the former if there is only one).
Username is "nmrsu", Password is "topspinpdu", at least in our machines.
From within the webinterface, one can switch individual outputs (there
also is a one-click "power cycle" option!). Sometimes they are even
already labelled with the connected unit; if not, just trace the cords
in the back of the console.
