Thanks a lot for these important details! Looks indeed like an important thing to note down all these router details like subnet info, open ports, port forwarding, firewall setting etc. (provided the login password is known).

And indeed, Jay, overheating during hot summers (not all labs have air conditioning!) can lead to issues as well and when combining that with one or more stopped fans… (I just have a customer whose lock keeps bailing out due to overheating)
