I assume you have tried the following:
type ha for hardware access: (File ending with 5549) You can click on the
BSMS Service GUI open button and click on the Shut Down button under BSMS
status (file ending with 5549). Or you can click on the BSMS/2 ELCB open
button then click on Service at the top of the list (file ending with
5551). Then click on Reset ELCB (file ending with 5552)
