Hi all,
I'm trying to set up a 19F-1H HOESY experiment on a Varian NMR system using
a dual-tuned high-band probe, where both 19F and 1H resonances are tuned
simultaneously on channel 1. The second channel is reserved for X-band nuclei,
so I need to run the entire sequence on channel 1 alone. The standard Varian
19F-1H HOESY sequence (e.g., from BioPack) uses channel 1 for 1H and channel
2 for 19F, which doesn't match my probe configuration.
Has anyone successfully modified or created a 19F-1H HOESY pulse sequence for
a single-channel setup on a Varian system? If so, could you share the pulse
sequence code or parameter settings (e.g., how to handle frequency switching
between 19F and 1H on channel 1)? Any advice on calibrating pulse widths or
setting up VNMRJ parameters for this configuration would also be greatly
appreciated.
My system is a 400 VNMRS. Thanks in advance for any help or pointers to
