I am running TopSpin 3.2 on an AVII 300 MHz system under the nmrsu user.
Manual operation and iconnmr automation work fine. But, when I switch to a
different user, I cannot obtain 1H signal. It tunes ok to 1H and locks and
shims fine on D2O, but there is no acquired signal.
Before I switched to a different user, I exited TopSpin. I also
successfully ran ii when I restarted TopSpin in the other user.
Has anyone ever seen this? Does anyone have a remedy?
