Dear all,
Does anyone know how to fix SampleJet shuttles or if a repair service is
available anywhere ?
We have one shuttle where I think there is not quite vertical alignment of
the tube and hence the bottom of the tube is getting scratched. We cannot
see any damage to the quartz insert and since the scratching is at the very
bottom of the tube, shimming is unaffected. Pressing the shuttle inverted
down onto a desk to view the open position, one gap between the prongs does
oappear to be smaller than the other two.
Replacement shuttles are rather costly...
