Dear all,

there is a special 'Anleitung' to solve this problem:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

ANLEITUNG REINIGUNG VERTIKAL ZYLINDER BACS H1259
Upwards motion failed Fehler 3 am display
oder Downwards motion failed Fehler 2 am display

1. BACS ausschalten
2. Zylinder zum Magazine per Hand schieben
3. Kolben nach unten drücken
4. Die 4 Imbuss Schrauben mit 4er Schlüssel entfernen
5. Kolben nach oben schieben

reinigen

Viel Erfolg
Michel Neubert

How to clean the vertical cylinder of the BACS H1259

Upwards motion failed - error 3 at the display
Downwards motion failed - error 2 at the disply

1. switch BACS off
2. push to the magnet by hand
3. push the cylinder down
4. remove the four screws with the screw driver 4
5. push the cylinder up
6. under the black quant block - is a brass ring for contact - use
Isopropanol to get the old grease out
7. the two hafs of the brass half rings (on the top of the piston) - use
Q-tips and Iso-Propanol to get the complete dirt away - until the Q-tip
keeps white.
8. Clean also the outer part of the piston with Isopropanol and put a small
layer of beige grease (H5042 in the box for the BACS) on the outside of the
piston.
9. put the piston down and screw the screws in. If the piston does not go
down - please put the hose with the pressure in - off.

PS if the Downwards motion still failes - also remove the screws from the
other side and do the same cleaning on the bottom side of the black block.

Good luck

Michel Neubert

This is my translation for you.

I did this often with my 5 BACS systems and it helped often.

Good luck with the cleaning procedures.

Yours sincerely,

Ulrich Haunz
