[AMMRL] continuing interrupted 2D, nD experiments

Hi all,

Was asked by a user about this recently. My perhaps outdated experience tells
me that a 2D that is interrupted by a power outage or some other event cannot
be continued. But that's maybe just the simple answer. Figured if it can be
done, someone here would know how.

An example: suppose TD1 is set to 400 but the experiment is interrupted at 171.
Can we set the first delay and phase cycling (and gradients and ...?) properly
and continue in obtaining 172 to 400, and then add that onto the dataset? Clearly
would be easier for some experiments than others. But for now, I'm interested
in whether there's some way to get topspin so it can do this for even the simplest
of 2Ds: i.e., acquire the 172 to 400 data. A separate issue, but necessary, is then
how to tag that onto the 1 to 171 data.

Charlie
