Hi everyone,
we faced an issue with our old SampleXpress: it was running in the automation
mode and from one sample to the other it did not eject the sample anymore and
shows the error "117.310.251 Eject Failed - The sample release could not be
activated" (see screenshot).
There is still the sample inside and when doing "cf" and changing the sample
exchange to BSMS I can still insert and eject a sample - only when changing
back in cf to the sample exchanger it still does not work (also not after
the classic restarting/booting of all the related devices). When trying to
eject, it only moves the grabber arm back and forth and it seems it waits
for the gas push, but there is none. I thought about a dirty sensor etc.
and tried to clean it carefully, but with no success.
Bruker hasn't been a big help either so far.
Has anyone of you faced similar problems and has an idea?
