Make sure to check your air pressures. I think you need 5 bar at the
console and it's adjustable on the back of the changer to get a good
ejection.
Have you powered down and removed the the changer, restart Topspin and try
a simple ej? You should be able to get the sample out this way.
You can even power down the changer by unplugging power to the changer.
Restart and adapt the changer. Restart TopSpin and see if you can issue sx
ej and sx ij a sample.
One of our changers must have a sample in the magnet prior to adapting the
changer. We then have to sx ej into the changer. It's like you have to
prove the bore is clear otherwise, we get errors.
