Hello Alex,
My understanding is that the recommended service interval
is 20,000 hours, which works out to about 27 months (a little more than two years).
You are already a little past the 20k hours mark.
You ask whether to push for the money right away, or gamble
that you can wait until after July 1st.
I suggest that you approach the financial people, and say
that you are willing to wait until July only if they promise to cover the
costs of repair and the downtime should the Prodigy fail before the maintenance is completed.
I think it would probably be fine to wait, but personally
I am not willing to take the risk.
Good luck,
Bob.
