Hi Alex
We waited for for two years and some, but performed the maintenance
without further delay. The engineer discovered that valve V14 was leaking,
during that service visit. The system is fault tolerant enough that it has
maintained workeable vacuum but it is definitely putting lot of stress on
the roughing+turbo combination. We have hence received the V14 and
waiting for the engineer's re-visit to replace the same safely.
The point I am trying to make is that, the probe chugging along doesn't
necessarily imply that things are in ship shape, notwithstanding the time
elapsed. My story might be an outlier and I do wish that to be so and all
the very best of luck for your smooth sailing.
