Hi,
This is a question for those who deal with the Prodigy cryo platform. Bruker
recommends servicing it every 2 years. As I began securing the funds for
the next service, I was instructed to postpone the service until the next
fiscal year (starting July 1) unless it is critical. As it turned out, the
university is currently facing financial constraints, which are leading to
the cancellation of all nonessential expenditures.
Given that Bruker performed the last Prodigy service in November 2022, I
would appreciate your recommendation—would it be safe to wait
until July 2025 for the next service, or should I fight for the funding?
