We use Tim Claridge's semi-selective 1D 19F to 1H method. (
https://doi.org/10.1002/chem.201201577 )
It works well enough to be run under automation in Icon NMR on a 400 MHz AVIII HD with a BBFO probe.
I believe it also requires a QNP switch. It's been a while since I set it up, so I don't recall
the details, but I uploaded our parameter set, pulse program and an recent example to Box:
