one of our 600s.
Do you happen to know if this also fixes issues with SampleJets using IconNMR?
We have a problem switching from Icon and then running samples normally
(with 'sx #') on the new TopSpin 3.7. Proposed workarounds have not been
consistent, so we've downgraded to a 3.6 version that doesn't experience the
error.

Hello All,
I am reviving this tread so the archives are complete. Bruker has release
new ELCB firmware (elcb_firmware_240617) that addresses the issue with slight
contact of the sample height (red) bar on the SampleCase causing it to go
into fault mode. The new firmware will immediately clear the error and
not interrupt the system.
I have been asked not to post the file but I can send it to anyone that asks
(who are not in sanctioned countries). You could also request the file from
your Bruker service center. The firmware has been installed and running on
my AVIII-HD, running Topspin 3.7.0 on Win 11. Check with Bruker to see if
other consoles/TS versions are supported.
A special thanks to Dimitris Raptis who got the R&D team to make this change.
Thanks everyone who might have made the same request to Bruker to make this
change.
