Hello All,
I am reviving this tread so the archives are complete. Bruker has release
new ELCB firmware (elcb_firmware_240617) that addresses the issue with slight
contact of the sample height (red) bar on the SampleCase causing it to go
into fault mode. The new firmware will immediately clear the error and
not interrupt the system.
I have been asked not to post the file but I can send it to anyone that asks
(who are not in sanctioned countries). You could also request the file
from your Bruker service center. The firmware has been installed and
running on my AVIII-HD, running Topspin 3.7.0 on Win 11. Check with
Bruker to see if other consoles/TS versions are supported.
