One odd thing I found was that they zip tied two connectors together for th=
e battery and bridged with the two with wires. Not sure why.

the bottom of one of my lab drawers. I tested my old battery, and it was good
as well. I am hoping that the problem is failure under load, which I haven’t
tested. I spoke with Agilent tech support, and they mentioned that they had
this error occur and simply going through the Cal_PP resolved it. Also, they
sent me the procedure for replacing the battery. PM me if you would like to
have it. Good luck on your repair.
