Hello TJ,

First, I don't think your issue has anything to do with the Prodigy
probe.  This could happen with any probe.

I can't quite see in the photo: is the sample and spinner are sitting in
the white sample holder, which I think it is called the *jack*, but the
jack simply hasn't dropped to the carousel?

I think there is a slight misalignment of your carousel.  Perhaps=
someone bumped into the SampleCase, and that it got very slightly our of
alignment.

This happened to us once on one of our SampleCase systems.  In our
case, it was the outer shell which had moved.  I carefully moved it
back into position, and the SampleCase has been working fine ever since.
