We lost proton signal on our Agilent 500 MHz DD2 spectrometer, not even tune.
Traced the issue to the PTS output for high band. Scope from back of synthesizer
gives random low mV signal. Low band is good with excellent stability and power.
Ran testController script with no issues. My question is two-fold. Is this
definitely a synthesizer issue or could it be the RF controller? I plan to
swap the low band for high band controller to see if this moves the issue.
If it turns out to be the synthesizer, does anyone have one I could buy? I
have many spares for the Inova generation, but they do not use Ethernet
connections.
