Mine has gone walkies but it looked very similar to the ones Todd Rappe and
Alex Paterson posted in the previous thread on pumping down He transfer lines.
There's a hex nut at the bottom of it to tighten onto that post. You have to
remove the locking ring first, obviously.
I purchased it from Precision Cryogenic Systems, who manufactured my line
(for a Magnex OEM "Bruker Ultrashield"). It matches the valve operators shown
on this page

except that the vacuum side is KF and not just a tube. IIRC it was not too
expensive and they were pretty helpful.
