Ok, more to add. Ken Josh and David might be right. While tripping the sample
safety bar gives a different initial error in Topspin, the error in Icon when
a sample is submitted with the sample changer “red” is the “System not ready."
So I really cannot be 100% sure that what we are seeing is not the result of the
much more sensitive hight check bar.
This is going to take more testing but we have to put pressure on Bruker to
lessen the sensitivity or at least give us an option. It is way too easy
to tap this bar and bring down the automation.

Thanks for adding a data point to the issue. I am hesitate to go back to an
earlier version since I made a pretty big jump from 3.6.1 to 3.7.0 and I am
not sure how far back I need to go. This is a case where not having the
software bug reports accessible really hurts the users. I miss those days ...

Hi Perry--I had this exact issue on 9/15/2023, and reached out to the group
at the time. The only difference was that we upgraded from Topspin 4.1.1 to
4.3 at the time. The solution was, unfortunately, to revert back to 4.1.1, and
there have been zero issues since. There were other suggestions from the
group though (which you should be able to find via a search), but if all
else fails, reverting back to the old version of Topspin should work.
Good luck!
