Was the magnet recently filled with liquid helium?  These look like helium one-way valve oscillations.

I just had the pleasure of tracking down the root cause of this beauty.  Before I give the answer, thought this could be fun to share with the group and see what grizzled NMR expert can determine the source issue.    parameters listed to side. Locked on DMSO-d6, tuned via 'atma exact', Topshim. 1 scan, zg30.
