My bet: on my laptop screen it looks like all "satellites" have the same offset,
if they were realted to 13C satellites, the splitting should be smaller for the
CH3 groups on the right (ca. 125 Hz) than for the aromatics on the left (ca. 160 Hz),
and the really nice antiphase also doesn't fit.
I think I have seen similar things (although not SO NICE!) stemming from
vibrations (e.g. caused by He pressure oscillations) or similar causes.
