Dear Spinlanders,
We have AvanceIII Z gradient with topshim and I ran into problems after a
cleanup of lower shim stack to correct sample spin problem. I had to disconnect
and re-connect shim cables during the process.
Now,the system is giving an error that BOSS matrix file could not be loaded.
Error details say 'failed due to BOSS file and HW code of connected shim system
do not match'.
I tried to go to web interface and tried to manually load the .dat file that
was in use before. Even though no parsing error shows, the file doesn't appear.
Without this all shim currents are 0 and the shims do not show up at all in
the bsms.
Hope you can give me some guidance on fixing this.
