Is this a standard bore MAS probe? Your comment about jiggling
the transport tube makes me wonder if the flip style stator is not freely
moving to the eject position. then that does once you move the tube...
then the eject gas is triggered.
If this is the case, try putting a small o-ring on the transport tube so that
it sits *slightly* higher.
Of it this is a WB probe is the eject gas at connected to teh transport tube?
are you certain that it is seated properly with the probe?
