Hallöle!
Bei manchen System ist so eine schwarze Box am BST-Rohr angebracht.
Es gibt eine Anleitung dazu, um den Sensor neu abzustimmen. Man kann mit
einem dünnen Schlitzschraubendreher dort mal die LED nachjustieren.
Es ist ein Dektektions-Problem - Probe oben oder unten.

You can change or update the firmware - but you have to change at the B-ACS60
or 120 the EPROM chips. This is a bad idea - there are no chips around.
Bruker has a workaround for this - there is a black box with some electronics
and a potentiometer you can put on the top of the BST.
There inside you can optimize the up and down of the sample detection.
Z31712 - B-ACS 60/120 Sample Down Unit Installation Manual ... there is in
the BASH 7 or more a manual about this.
