Is this the 12 pack carousel?
You should see a little light on the carousel box light up if it's 'detecting'
the sample. If it's inserting the sample but not detecting it, then are a
few reason why that could be
1. Dirty sensor in the bore (at the bottom)
2. The potentiometer might need to be adjusted
