Hello All
Yesterday our AVIII with a helium cold probe had some issues. It was
originally reported as a sample changer issue by a user. The system ran
their sample and when they were changing the sample the system error-ed
out with a sample changer error. When we arrived we also noticed the
cryo platform (genII model I think) was in error and warming. Tried to
open cryopanel and it errors with cannot connect to server. Power cycled
everything in various orders, but no luck. CF indicates that the cryo
platform is connected on the IPSO IP on TTY04 which is correct. We are
running Alma 9 for over a year now with Topspin 3.7. We did confirm
several services are still running etc.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
