Hi, Todd,
We have not had power failure for several years. All our cryoplatforms have
UPS, but JAC boxes in three cryoplatform (Bruker) were down and after
replacing the JAC boxes, cryoplatforms worked well.
About 3 years ago, we got a power failure that resulted in all Helium compressors
down because Helium compressors don't have UPS.

Have you had any issues with your electrical utility? In the past, we have
had the fuse blow at the main power input to the CPU inside the cryoplatform.
