Dear Karel,
If I remember correctly, the POST code C0 says that the (IPSO-internal)
booting process went through, but the IPSO cannot find its operating
system. The OS is normally provided by the PC via TFTP, so the correctly
configured TFTP server needs to be running there.
Unfortunately I don't have any experience with Windows spectrometer
workstations, so I cannot really help any further...my first idea would
be to check in the Task Manager whether some process with "tftp" in its
name is running.
