Did someone somehow change permissions on the acqu data files etc?

That's a weird one. Are there multiple users that it's failing for or is it
just the one that can't get it to work? Are all the numbers in the dataset
correct--are there pulse lengths and pulse powers set, for example?
One thing I might check would be to see if the user is a member of either the
nmr users or the nmrsu groups. Maybe there's some weird permission thing going
on where if that user isn't a part of one of those groups they don't have
permission to write to the topspin data directory? Do you see any FID being
acquired or is the display always blank? Can you see anything in gs mode?
And can they acquire anything else--13C for example?
