Hi Ken,
There have been a few times when I could not reboot our Neo and NeoNanobay
spectrometers by using software. In these cases, I power cycled the console
and the PC and was then able to start topspin and restart the console by
using pdudisp (and then executing cf). The method Nagarajan mentioned may
bemore elegant and safe. I did not worry about not properly ramping down
the shims but maybe I should have. Perhaps Clemens could comment.

Hi Clemens,
When I bring up the acquisition bar, it's blank and on the right side it says
Rack On, Not booted, and Switching on Please Wait.... It's not doing anything
though....
I can click reboot, but it says.... I am reticent to click force. I am in
the lab now, so I could try resetting the router as suggested...
