Dear Rajan,

I believe the ' tuneb ' function has been removed in the latest versions of=
TopShim. As far as I can tell, when running 'topshim tuneb' on TS 4.4.0, topshim
doesn't do transverse shims first. It does axial shims, and then stops without
doing transverse.
