After installing the 2H-Tx, you've calibrated a 2H pulse using that amplifier? 
In that case--you've run cf after installing the 2H-TX?  Did you run expinstall
to update the topshim setup?  

You might be able to find some useful information if you open up a new parameter set
and read in the topshim1d2h parameter set and look at the routing it uses.  That
might give you a clue what's not set up properly.  You could look in the topshim
log files in <topspinhome>/prog/curdir/<username>/topshim.log and see if there's
anything suspicious there.  You could try acquiring a gradient profile using
the parameter set gradshim1d2h (process the result with fmc instead of ft) and see
if you see a broad hump.

The cable seems to be correct, however he was complaining that the 2htx

deuterated solvent, he aborts with the error "Raw check - no signal at all".

the deuterium per se which does not give a signal.

Anyone any thoughts on this? Bruker seems to be at their wits end on
this either...
