Hi Andre,
Changing the starting point in the .bb file isn't a big deal--sometimes those
get corrupted and you can just edit them manually to something more reasonable.
This might not help though.
The values in the .bb file are starting points but don't change where the end
point of the tuning is. In your case I would suggest manually tuning using
atmm and seeing if you can manually get it to tune to 19F. If you can do
this, you can then save the probe position as a starting point. If your
probe can't quite tune to 19F it might just be a question of the reference in
the preamp and the actual tuning range of the probe. Like I said--if you
can try to tune it manually you should be able to see how it behaves.
In the worst case, you might send the probe in for repair and ask them to make
sure that the 1H channel would tune to 19F.
