Are you sure that the 1H channel was really tuned down to 19F at NEO spectrometer
and not a BB channel?
For the relatively modern NMR probes with the “smart probe”
like 1H resonator (BBO probes), the tuning range for 1H is quite restricted.
The correct routing/preamplifier band can be tested by 50 ohm RF load (input/output
of any 50 ohm attenuator) connected instead of the probe. Wobb curve should jump
to zero entirely.
In any case, running ATMM is a very good suggestion to try out.
The older TXI probes had the atma system without position tracking, so no
“memory” about any positions, but I don’t think
this is your case
