This post reminded me of a problem I had last summer. My symptoms were
vacuum errors and I troubleshooted (troubleshot?) it to the V11 solenoid
control valve inside the cryoplatform. Bruker quoted me for a replacement
of the whole pneumatic assembly (pictured below) but I ended up getting
just the individual control valve from Grainger and replacing the V11/V12
solenoid control valve. V13 is the emergency lift, and since the V15 valve
seems to impact the performance, I would be suspicious of the V13/V15
solenoid control valve.
