Thank you to everyone who responded to my question.
This is a follow-up to my previous post. The problem is still present
regardless of whether I re-cool the system, press the cooldown button,
or take other similar actions.
There are currently two possible solutions. One, suggested by Bruker and
members of this community is to unplug the emergency tube on the cryoplatform.
However, this carries a risk: the NMR tube could freeze in the event of a
power outage, so I am using this option with caution.
The second solution is to close the V15 valve, which is the vacuum valve.
This behavior is very strange.

Dear All
I just cooled down my 750 cryoprobe. Everything appears to be functioning
normally, except the emergency lift continues running even when the system
is cold, and I’m unable to load a sample. I checked the emergency-lift
valve and confirmed that it was closed. I also ran “cf” and rebooted
the console, but neither resolved the issue. I would greatly appreciate it
if anyone could share similar experiences or possible solutions.
