Dear Tianzhi,
Did the problem "magically" appear, or did anyone change anything
physically in or around the cryoplatform?
Maybe the hoses for the probe vacuum joint control (which is pneumatic,
a very thin hose) and the emergency lift got swapped somehow. I wouldn't
know how (at least externally), because they are massively different in
size, but sometimes strange things happen...
