Hi,
We are experiencing frequent SampleXpress transfer failures on a 400 MHz
AVANCE NEO spectrometer running TopSpin 4.4.0 in continuous multi-user
automation.
The reported error is:
“Sample release could not be activated,” with the sample release state
shown as “Undefined” or “Inactive”.
No tube is physically stuck in the magnet when this occurs, and the issue is
not associated with a specific sample or user. Restarting the automation
system temporarily resolves the problem.
Do you have any idea why we might be experiencing these failures?
