Unfortunately, I don't know of a commercial supplier for your defective
crystal oscillator.  I hope that one of our colleagues in the AMMRL
can help you source that part.

Thank you for passing along these observations and diagnosis.
I was just thinking that we might start seeing some of these components
failing in the NEO consoles.  

Most of our NEO consoles are six or seven years old, so I guess not
quite as old as yours.

Anyway, I will be interested to learn about potential suppliers for the
components in our NEO consoles.  I may not need them today, but it is
just a matter of time.
