Hello All,
Our Health and Safety lab is requiring us to have a specific SOP for using
deuterated methylene chloride as an NMR solvent. We do not use the
solvent very often and probably can live without it but we have a few dozen
grams and it's fairly expensive. I am hesitant (too cheap) to discard
it as hazardous waste.
I am trying to find a template SOP for using it prepare NMR samples so I can
edit for my need. Every example I can find is for usage at higher volumes.
Does anyone have an SOP for methylene chloride that can help me satisfy our H&S people?
