Hi Greg,
In my experience, usually if it gets stuck at a post code of anything other
than C0 or 00 (communications failure) or 93.or 94 or 98 (the good ones) it
indicates a failure in the IPSO. You might be able to get it back if
you're persistent--sometimes multiple resets will do the trick--but it's
possible you'll have to replace the IPSO.
