Hi,
at a customer place I observe some strange behaviour:
In Unitool I can talk to some boards (SGU1, SGU2, RXAD) but not to some oth=
ers (DRU, REF1, AMP1):
aqs:
RXAD (SBSB 16): OK
SGU1 (SBSB 36): OK
SGU2 (SBSB 37): OK
AMP1 (SBSB 54): ERROR B020 from BLA1 Slot 9 Rack1: Syntax error
REF1 (SBSB 52): ERROR B020 from REF1 Slot 3 Rack1: Syntax error
DRU (SBSB 44): Communication error detected
hppr:
all OK
When trying to connect to DRU the "transfer wheel" isn't "rotating" at all
whereas it does for RXAD/SGUs. No menu displayed.
Also "cf" keeps hanging infinitely at le last line of HPPR detection:
read BIS from HPPR/2 module P4 …
I have replaced the ethernet switch and cables (didn't seem to be the issue
because a flood ping of 5000 packages to 149.236.99.89 went through with
flying colours).
Replaced the DRU board with another one - no effect.
Replaced the HPPR cover unit (cf hanging was found before the Unitool comms
errors).
Any ideas? Main power supply maybe?
