what kind of spinners are you using?
The blue ones - these are quite light. Do you use also Young tubes? These
make it difficult. These tubes are quite heavy.
So the air pressure can be a bit too low.
There is only one option to change the air pressure.
ha -> BSMS -> there is the option to install and change the main parameters
- also the flow for the lift up and down.
I use not the sample case, when I am running an young tube. I do it manually - lift up and down.
If the up is not working properly - I close the main tube of the magnet with my hand and release it fast open.
So this helps a bit, to get the stucked sample out.
