Hi Beth,
Just be aware that if the VT airflow is left too high the samples will not
be inserted correctly. I had this problem once.

> Subject: [AMMRL] Sample Case eject air pressure?
Hi all –
We have a sample that is not ejecting from a Sample Case. The eject air is
working, but it’s not popping all the way out. At the moment, it’s unclear
if this is because the sample is too heavy or somehow damaged or if there’s
an issue with the airflow. Either way, I suspect it’s going to be ejected
if I can increase the airflow rate.
With the Sample Xpress and XpressLite, the sample ejection airflow can be
tweaked with a dial behind the device. With the Sample Case, there doesn’t
seem to be a similar arrangement.
As best as I can tell from the manual, the ejection air from the Sample Case
is controlled by a series of screws (?). It doesn’t seem like there’s
a built in ability to adjust the eject air at all.
Any advice?
