Hi,
short followup: I just realized you wrote that you did already measure the
voltages on the HPPR end of the cable, so looks like the power supply units
Still could be worthwhile checking (after repairing or replacing PSM1&3) whether
one of the HPPR slices could have been behind that power failure (reconnect
them one by one).
Or did you experience a "big" power failure (lab/building/quarter) recently
which occasionally has such consequences?
