Dear All,
Our Bruker Avance 500 suddenly lost signal on the broadband side, and the WOBB
shows only noise spikes. Cables and probe have been ruled out as the problem,
and Bruker believes the preamp module is the problem. Anyone have a spare preamp
module “HPPR/2 XBB19F 2HS Module 500” (photo attached) or equivalent module
from an old Bruker system out there? Bruker quotes a replacement module as two
parts, Z003356 - ECL 2 HPPR/2 cover module, and Z003505 - ECL 1 HPPR/2 XBB19F
2HS MODULE 500. Due to the cost of the refurb parts, suggestions for an equivalent
part that would work (doesn’t have to support 19F) would be welcome.
If you have an old one laying around, we would be grateful if you would be
willing to let go of it for reasonable accommodation.
