Hi Perry--I had this exact issue on 9/15/2023, and reached out to the group
at the time. The only difference was that we upgraded from Topspin 4.1.1 to
4.3 at the time. The solution was, unfortunately, to revert back to 4.1.1,
and there have been zero issues since. There were other suggestions from
the group though (which you should be able to find via a search), but if
all else fails, reverting back to the old version of Topspin should work.
